Midweek Meditation
Be careful then how you live, not as unwise people but as wise, making the most of the time, because the days are evil. So do not be foolish, but understand what the will of the Lord is. Ephesians 5:15-17
Growing up, school was where you learned and homework was a reinforcement of an already given lesson. Technology and cyber schools started a trend that social distancing has increased. Students are now finding ways to focus and motivate themselves to learn at home.
The church has a lesson to learn also. Learning and growing in faith need not be limited to an hour on Sunday (or the occasional Bible Study). So this week, I have a structured self-study lesson for you. You may work with others. Sharing answers is allowed. It will not be graded (at least not by me)
Dedicate some time at home this week to focus on God and your relationship. Pastor Kim
Questions of Faith
1. What do you do with your own doubts or questions of faith and theology? (John 20:19-31)
2. If you were to write out the good news, what would the headlines and subheads be? (Acts 2:14-32)
3. What does God’s path of life look or feel like for you, and where is God leading you? (Psalm 16)
4. As a person of faith, how do you envision the future and life eternal? (1 Peter 1:3-9)
